Plastubi srl is a "reality" which deals with the manufacture of plastics (pipes and fittings). The company was founded in 2003 thanks to the initiative of the family Calafati, in the field already active since more than 30 years. The Plastubi is born from the initiative of SO.PRE.MA.Edil Sud snc specializing in producing PVC pipes, but the company immediately felt the need to expand the range to innovate to new market segments.

"Innovating to compete": this is the reason that in December 2005 led to a new investment in Plastubi , with the creation of a division dedicated to the production of polyethylene corrugated pipes for use in both the electrical / telephone (telecommunication) and in industry sewerage / drainage conformed to the regulation UNI EN13476.

So a trademark is born which contains the innovative features of corrugated pipe and the name is DOUBLE.

Double: lightweight and extremely durable. 

Double: high flexibility and maneuverability in the laying. 

Double utilization:  for telecommunication and sewage. 

Double structure: wall corrugated outer and smooth inner wall.
